We're looking for a Digital Design Lead to own and run the design team at this leading global digital agency. They have an Australian client base ranging from the "who's who" of major retailers, through to financial services, technology and government clients.

This role will suit a highly polished, experienced digital designer with great people leadership skills. You will lead large digital projects and have an excellent understanding of user experience and customer journeys in large platform and digital transformation projects. You will work closely with the creative department and wider leadership team, leading a department of five designers to deliver beautifully crafted and executed work.

You must be able to establish great working relationships with your colleagues and clients, and be a great team leader with a cool head. You will be able to demonstrate a solid grasp of current and future trends as well as a keen interest in technology. Naturally at this level, an ability to engage and influence is essential, not only in mentoring and growing your teams capabilities but also in pitching work and gaining client support.
