• Salary $60,000 - $80,000 + Super (DOE)
• Based in Sydney CBD
• Must be Proficient in Revit

The client:
They are an established practice with over 25 years experience within the industry, who work across both small and large scale projects spanning within the architecture, strategic planning and interior design space.

They have a small team of 12 people and have created a culture that enables everyone to thrive, so finding the right person is crucial to them.

They are currently busy across; Residential, aged care, education, commercial, seniors living and hospitality (hotels).  


The role:
They are looking for a talented Graduate Architect with a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience within Australia. This person will be someone who has extensive experience in taking DA documentation to construction documentation and someone who understands BCA codes and regulations thoroughly. 

To be considered:

• Permanent Australian working rights
• Fluent in Revit is a MUST
• Strength across DA and CC phases of a project
• Experience coordinating consultants is desirable
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ambitious and confident 
• Experience using all adobe suite programs
• Can work in a team environment and is driven
