In this role you will translate the brand vision across all areas of the business guaranteeing an exciting and consistent customer journey. This role encompasses both conceptual and hands-on responsibilities with delivery expectations of high quality and innovative print and digital artwork.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Creative Direction: Directing the creative vision through all customer touch points of the brand, from instore to online to ensure consistency across the business
• Branding: Creating all Colette branding and template requirements and guidelines, and designing art for internal departments
• Instore POS & Signage: Conceptualising, designing, sourcing third parties in line with budgets, coordinating distribution and quality control for in store displays
• Packaging development: Conceptualising and designing all sales and promotional packaging
• Website: Generate innovative web, social and email content, editing and touching up of website photography
• Window & Instore Installations: Creating and concepting ideas to align with the campaign for instore execution
• Brand Collateral: Designing the brand collateral assets – seasonal magazine, lookbooks, promotional flyers
• Instore Experience: Working with the VM Manager on creating the visual instore experience to ensure it aligns with the overarching brand vision and campaign direction.

 To be successful for this role you will have:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). JavaScript, HTML, CSS would be highly regarded
• The ability to adhere to a brief and reflect the look and feel of a brand
• Previous experience in UX and responsive design will be highly regarded
• Magazine art direction experience will be highly regarded
• Digital archiving/organisation skills
• The ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to multi task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Copywriting skills
