We have a number of exciting opportunities for talented, high-calibre final year students to join our connected global network of technical professionals in February 2019 as part of our Graduate Development Program.
 
Who are we looking for?
 
We are seeking talented and driven graduates who are completing their degree studies in 2018 in the following areas:
 
Construction Management - Project Management (Newcastle)
Engineering - Civil (Central Coast, Newcastle and Port Macquarie)
Environmental Science/Engineering (Coffs Harbour, Newcastle)
 
Our Graduate Development Program will commence in February 2019.  Successful applicants must have completed their studies prior to qualify for this Program.

 
Graduate Development Program
 
The GHD Graduate Development Program is an integrated, holistic approach to developing future leaders and technical specialists. Over the two-year program, you will learn about our business and our values, your team and most importantly, yourself. You will develop your decision-making, communication, technical and critical leadership skills, access personal mentoring, and participate in a variety of development activities. Alongside invaluable on-the-job experience is the chance to build networks that will last a lifetime.
