As a turnkey construction company, we provide pre-construction assistance, project schedule development as well as construction management services.
About the role
Fleetwood offers the Project Architect a unique opportunity to carry a body of works from concept to completion. You will be leading a young skilled and dynamic team.
Day to day some of the main accountabilities you will be responsible for include:
- Project work, modelling and detailing, preparation of project documentation suitable for relevant stakeholder requirements, ie; Building Certification, Client approval, Production, Town Planning and infrastructure authorities
- Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents
- Communicate with external stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors including project administration activities
- Project administration processes for transmittals, submittals, design and construction models, shop drawings and schedules
- Ensure necessary authority approvals, designs and finished work comply with specifications, building codes/regulations and contract requirements
- Responsible for working to drafting standards, ensuring conformity and project team adherence
- Project contract obligations, contract administration and 3rd party consultant collaboration
- Coordinate and support design team members

Skills and experience
The successful applicant will demonstrate;
- 5+ years experience in professional design environment
- Degree in Architectural Degree (registration highly regarded)
- MUST BE ADVANCED IN REVIT
- Working knowledge of design industry workflows, production cycle and priorities
- Experience preparing accurate and clear drawing packages, from concept to construction
- Demonstrated ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including Clients, building surveyors, engineering consultants.
- Ability to identify, analyse and solve technical problems.
