Do you want to work for a high profile volume Melbourne Property Developer?
As part of your daily duties you will be responsible for: -
- The production of drawings from site plans to construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Complete drawings to include design and construction details as per Building Codes, ResCode and restrictions
- Liaise with clients and amend drawings to reflect needs
- Liaise with various departments across the business to ensure integrity of all projects
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: -
- Relevant Architecture qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge within construction
- A high attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
