Reitsma and Associates are looking for an experienced ArchiCAD designer/documenter to join their expanding team in a full time capacity.
For this role you will be required to have;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ArchiCAD V19 or higher
* High Experience in documenting CAD plans for clients and council applications
* Ability to work efficiently and produce highly accurate CAD
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be a strong team player, taking responsibility and ownership of your work.
* Trainer of juniors on the ArchiCAD program will be required.
* Must have a good understanding of Photoshop, Microsoft Suite

Your duties will be;
* Building 3D models
* Preparing documentation for clients presentation and council application purposes
* Taking responsibility for your project, client phone calls, suppliers, consultants, builders etc.
