The Role
Exciting role for a Trainee Property Developer. Ideal candidate will have training in architecture or urban design and a Masters or interest in Property Development.
The ideal candidate will ideally have 3+ years of industry experience within a design environment and would suit an architect who wants to get into development. Strong written and verbal skills essential as is a strong design eye and graphic skills to assist with the marketing material and plans. This is a rare opportunity to be trained by industry leaders. CBD location.

Busy with work across hotels, multi residential and tertiary projects they offer their clients a range of project management, design management and development management services. Located in the CBD this is a fast-paced energetic team who reward talented high performers.
Skills and Experience
- Architectural / Urban qualifications plus ideally Masters in Property Development
- Approx. 1-2 years industry experience
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- A commercial/entrepreneurial instinct
