How do you design mobile apps that look sleek, work intuitively and resonate with their users? As our UI/UX App Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to show us! Tapping in to your creativity and utilising your deep understanding of mobile applications (across iOS and Android), you’ll ideate, conceptualise and deliver development-ready designs to improve our customer’s digital experience and increase self-service for our millions of customers. You will be pivotal to the ongoing success of the award winning Linkt and LinktGO mobile apps by providing mobile first design thought leadership to multiple product delivery teams and stakeholders.


The impact you’ll have

• Working on apps that improve our customer’s experience, through conceptualising, prototyping and finalising production ready designs
• You’ll work with multiple product teams across a suite of apps to support new features by defining screens and determining the best possible customer journeys for the desired experience
• You’ll enjoy solving problems and bring a natural ability to understand the design quandaries we have, and then building a solution to rectify them
• You won’t be afraid to make decisions quickly, and deliver to deadline, without sacrificing quality and attention to detail, or lose sight of the big picture
• You’ll contribute to the delivery team’s insights of mobile app best practices, monitoring industry trends to ensure our products meet best practice standards and meet our customer’s changing expectations.

The talents you’ll bring

• You’ll have minimum 2 years mobile app design experience, working on products, preferably gained in an agency / consulting environment
• You’re creative by nature, with a deep knowledge of how to structure a screen that conforms to both iOS and Android standards
• Prior experience working with development teams and conceptualising, prototyping and finalising production ready designs
• An ability to provide insights on the various delivery approaches you’ve been exposed to previously, subsquently helping to drive continual improvement in our delivery processes.
