We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer who:
- Knows the difference between UX and UI
- Has experience working in an Agile environment as well as Waterfall. You know which one is better
- Is a strong consultant and has worked in a client facing situation (agency, tech firm, consulting firm)
- Can champion a discovery engagement to uncover and define the right problems to solve
- Can be involved in solving problems across:
- The User Experience
- The Client's Business
- The Design Process itself
The shopping list (highly desired):
- Qualitative Research
- Personas
- Analyzing usage data and traffic patterns
- Rapid Prototyping
- Wireframing / Storyboarding
- Usability Testing
- An understanding of agile, beyond the rituals
- Software: Any that gets the job done (Sketch, Photoshop, Sharpie)
