The Role
You will work closely with the Directors and Senior Leadership team and support them with all Practice Management.
Responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:
- Project Resourcing and allocation of staff
- Recruitment and workforce planning
- HR: including training and development, rewards and remuneration and HR polices
- Overseeing project performance
- Mentoring the team
- Account managing existing clients
- Operations management
The Company
Established mid-sized studio working across a range of project sectors. This multi-disciplinary practice has an established reputation and well organised processes. Current active work includes large scale urban / infrastructure and a variety of mixed use projects.
Skills and Experience
Due to the nature of the role they are ideally looking for an Architect who has made the switch to Practice Management or has exposure to the business running side of things. Requirements include:
- 10 years local architecture/practice management experience
- Experience in business development and work winning
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communications skills
