User Experience Agency based in Melbourne specialising in experience design and strategy as well as the creation and development of user interactions. These guys build from the ground up, and apply a true human-centered approach to their solutions. 

This is a permanent position for an passionate UX Strategist to play a crucial role in the delivery and direction of UX/CX projects.

You will be proactive and outgoing, well organised and enthusiastic.  Successful planning & execution is paramount to the role.


Key responsibilities:
  • Define the direction of UX/CX projects
  • Identify appropriate UX methodologies for executing projects
  • Identify new business acquisition and existing client growth
  • Define strategic objectives, business goals 
  • Create workflows and prototypes when necessary
  • Work as a team/agency ambassador for UX/CX across all projects  
Your skills:
  • Bachelor of Design/UX or similar
  • 6+ years of experience in a UX/CX role within agency
  • Knowledge of CX, HCD and service design processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder managment skills
  • Solid leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge/skills of (Axure RP, Sketch, Adobe CC Suite, Keynote, Invision)
  • Sharp attention to detail and results driven
