Nestled in a quiet suburban location with on-site parking, my client is a leader within the residential building industry. Producing award winning homes and developments they offer a sought after fast paced and autonomous working environment which is both enjoyable and will allow you to shine.

Due to continued growth, our client is on the hunt for a Senior Drafter to mentour and develop into their next Drafting Manager.  You will be mentored and developed professionally by the Directors of the company and will become an invaluable, long term member of their team.  You will assist in Leading and mentoring a small team, and help streamline standard operation and work flow procedures. 

Ideally you will have a minimum 4-5 years experience working with a project home builder in a Drafting capacity. Advanced knowledge of ArchiCAD is a must. You will possess a positive personality with a 'can do', go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic adding to an already sought after working environment.
