A key hire for us in 2018 is to add a Midweight UI/UX Designer to work closely with an experienced Design team including a CX Lead and Head of Design to help us bring eCommerce solutions and our data-driven loyalty platform products from conception through to delivery.

Every solution we deliver is well thought out, well researched and then beautifully crafted and we need someone to continue to drive this design first mentality.

Our studio is in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, 2 minutes walk from Melbourne Central station and retail district. It is right on the doorstep to the best food, coffee and shopping the town has to offer.

• Work with a dynamic and motivated team of developers, product managers, and creatives.

• Be part of a dedicated Agile sub-team within the agency with clients and products to own.

• Forever engaging with leading -and bleeding- edge technologies and methodologies.

• Never a dull moment with a variety of ongoing diverse products and projects.

• Actively participate in the ongoing evolution of your role and the way we work as a studio.

You can...

• Draw insights from research and define potential solutions through a variety of methods, including collaborative sketching sessions.

• Create information architecture and user flow diagrams.

• Iteratively design solutions from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.

• Establish fast feedback cycles into your process through user testing techniques, from guerrilla to lab environments.

• Clearly define UI patterns and micro-interactions

• Collaborate closely with fellow designers and developers.

You also have…

• A minimum of 2 years experience in UX/UI design.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Sketch and prototyping software.
