A market leader in Licenced and Branded Apparel within the Australian retail market are seeking to appoint an experienced DESIGNER - LICENCED & SLEEPWEAR.

Working with International brands such as Disney and Warner Brothers as well as with major Australian retailers. As a company they pride themselves on not only on design and innovation but also a positive and motivated workplace.

Reporting to the Design Studio Manager and working with an Account Manager to create LICENCED SLEEPWEAR FOR MEN'S & WOMEN'S. As Designer you must have the ability to drive fashion forward yet commercial trends and designs. You will be working in a fast paced team environment and must be reactive to current fashion and retail trends, be motivated and have the ability to drive innovation, fashion forward product and design.

Duties include:-

Researching key trends, shapes, colour palettes to create mood boards that direct each season
Designing storyboards of product in Illustrator and Photoshop
Graphic design including creating yardages and placement prints
Briefing production assistants and garment technicians on executing designs

To be successful for this position you must have experience working in Licenced or Sleepwear, or both.
