I am working with a young enthusiastic Architecture practice, with a solid pipeline of works within the residential space. They are conveniently based in the heart of Melbourne close to tram stops and Southern Cross Station. They are really gaining momentum in Australia with their distinctive design, and have a firm focus on work life balance.

Due to an ongoing increase in work, they are seeking to grow their collaborative team with the addition of a Project Architect or Project Leader. 

The role: 

• This is a Fast Paced and dynamic position that would suit an experienced Project Architect/Project Lead who wants to be involved in all aspects of the project including design, contract documentation or consulting with clients on a multi million dollar major Residential projects.
• You would be working closely with directors, graduate architects and building designers to deliver this crucial project in accordance with the deadline 
• You will work autonomously and as part of the team, and not be afraid to undertake documentation/drafting and roll your sleeves up to get the project delivered to time and budget

 The right candidate for the role:

• Will have 5-7 years post graduate working experience in the industry some of which gained within the residential space
• Will have advanced AUTOCAD and adobe suite skills
• Due to the fast paced nature of the role, local experience is essential as is solid understanding of BCA and Australian Standards.
• Will be motivated and passionate about architecture and interiors and will have great communication skills.
