We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Graphic Designers. You will provide graphic design support to CPB Contractors EOI’s and Tender submissions, NSW Branch and NSW Project communications and branding. You will report to the Submissions Manager - NSW & ACT and will interact with Bid Teams and Projects teams. This position is responsible for delivering industry leading solutions in graphic design, working within a deadline driven environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Engage collaboratively with a range of organisational stakeholders whilst maintaining the integrity of the corporate brand
- Deliver CPB’s communication tools related to submissions and tenders, across areas such as print, electronic and photography
- Develop creative and industry leading communication solutions for submissions and tenders
- Understand and manage the design of complex print and electronic components to support submissions and tenders
- Design and develop branding and communication solutions for CPB NSW/ACT projects and head office
- Provide design services to support project requirements and offer value, adding visual communications solutions where appropriate
- Support and deliver design material that conforms to the corporate brand guidelines
- Adhere to CPB systems, standards and processes
Following skills, experience and demonstrate the below competencies
- Advanced Illustrator and Advanced Adobe skills
- Advanced InDesign and Photoshop
- 3yrs+ experience in a similar role
- Degree qualified in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Construction / Engineering / Building industry background is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
