My client has a rare opportunity for experienced Architectural Technicians to work within their team. My client is seeking x 2 Intermediate candidates and x 1 senior candidate. This role would be exceptional for Architectural Technicians seeking to work on large Tier 1 projects.  
  
In this role, you will be responsible for the following;

• Working closely with architects and other building professionals to provide architectural design services and solutions on construction projects 
• Designing large scale projects, preparing and presenting design proposals using Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Incorporating technical data (such as material lengths, amounts and weights) within a completed project design 
• Updating project designs to accommodate mechanical, engineering, architectural or client revisions  

The successful candidate must have;

• Minimum of 6 years working in a similar role (intermediate position), and 10 years (senior position) 
• Experience working on large scale, million-dollar, residential and commercial projects 
• Must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup (BIM experience is desirable but not essential)
• Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to be a team player
