Your new role
In this role you will report to a Senior Manger and your purpose is to provide planning advice and policy formulation. You will asses complex planning proposals and environmental assessments offering expert strategic planning analysis and advice. Liaison with local councils and other government agencies will play an important part of the role too - you need to achieve return on property assets owned by this agency.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have the relevant tertiary qualification and experience in real estate or property would be advantageous. You should have excellent understanding of NSW legislation and proven experience working on complex statutory planning issues and have developed good problem solving abilities throughout your career.
