This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Product Development division.

Please note this is a 9 Month Max Term Full Time role


Reporting to the Senior Residential Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing design solutions for new and existing products;
• Documenting and managing display home projects from concept to completion;
• Ensuring home designs are developed in accordance with company policies and objectives and marketing brief; and
• Ensuring design integrity of the built form.

The successful candidate will have:

• Successful completion of a Diploma of Building Design & Drafting, Diploma of Architectural Drafting or equivalent;
• Extensive experience in AutoCAD design and drafting;
• Working knowledge of the residential home construction process;
• The ability to translate conceptual plans into final drawings;
• Experience in the residential volume home building industry in a design or drafting capacity will be highly regarded; and
• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
