Mid-Level Graduate Architect!!
The company:
Our client is a well-respected Trans-Tasman design focused studio who specializes in the Multi-Residential and Lifestyle sectors. They are ideally located in the CBD, close to major transport and city amenities. The Sydney studio is a relatively small studio which is supported by a larger company. Therefore employees have the benefit of a boutique culture whilst being in apart of a financially secure business. The company prides itself on presenting beautiful; and inspired living spaces that are functional with a strong design aesthetic.
The role:
Graduate Architect
This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Mid-Level Graduate, who has a well presented portfolio to join this energetic and vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will have design skills, and experience working on the CC phase of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate looking and ready to step into more of a senior role, as you will be mentored closely by Senior Associates and Studio Directors. Previous experience using ArchiCAD will be highly regarded. To be considered for this role you must have a prior experience working on multi-residential, and or hotels projects and have worked on the delievery aspects of these projects.
Skills & Experience:
In order to be considered you must have the following experience;
- Must have at least local 4+ years' local experience
- Background within the Multi-Residential or Hotels sector
- Completed a Masters in Architecture or equivalent
- Strong documentation and design skills using ARCHICAD
- Excellent communication skills
- You must also be able to demonstrate a Design aesthetic that is in line with our client's high standard of work
