The Company
A builder and developer, considered to be one of the top builders in the Sydney market. Very strong financial backing, they are acquiring a lot of land, and build a beautiful home.
Creating and growing a culture second to none, they have created a Product Design team to work in their Innovation department.
The Role
Work with a Senior Designer to dream up creative new home designs that are different, appealing to home buyers, warm and have a welcoming family feel.
You will:
- Manage Masters production
- Review progress claims and make recommendations to Product Development manager and Head of Innovation.
- Drive the Revit Master handover process from receiving concepts to final completion.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the Masters Drafting team
- Consult and coordinate with Team Leaders and Drafters to manage workload and provide suggested improvements
- Collaborate with external 3D rendering agencies
What You Need
- A great attitude, outgoing and friendly personality and enjoyment working as part of a team.
- Experience within architectural homes or project homes design or drafting role.
- Ability to provide evidence of previous design work
- Good knowledge of Revit
- Construction background or experience would be helpful to the role
- Must have a Diploma or Degree within Drafting or Architecture
- Management or mentoring experience
