Marketing Superstar for Creative Social Media & online Marketing with Graphic Design background

Your package would be negotiable for the right person 

The Role:

• Creating, Building and implementing a Social Media and online marketing strategy to enhance & surpass our Telesales team to accelerate growth of the business
• Ensuring PowAGroup's customers have the best on-line experience from website content through to our e-commerce platform
• Implement and manage our Social Media and digital strategy across CPC, SEO, display, email marketing, videos
• Optimising PowAGroup's conversion rate to increase acquisition, conversion and lead generation
• Arranging & creating in-house Videos & slideshows
• Arranging Marketing material & Flyers
• Managing & monitoring the social media platforms (Facebook / LinkedIn etc) from content creation to community management to maximise customer engagement
• Managing content marketing and copywriting through SEO, product descriptions, features & applications, blog posts
• Monitoring & reporting web analytics & effectiveness of marketing activities
• Concept creation and design of promotions (emails, mail outs, flyers, posters), brain storm, Test, measure and celebrate !
• Researching - industry, competition, target market, product opportunities, ideas

You, will be critical to PowAgroup's success who are embarking on a new era of Sales Growth Opportunities and you can bring huge value to POWAGROUP and as a result will do everything they can to help you make this working relationship between you and PowAgroup last a long long time. You have:

• Some experience across all aspects of Social Media marketing
• You have mid level Graphic Design skills
• You have good knowledge & Skills in Adobe Photoshop & their Creative Suites
• Understanding of brand management
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with business acumen
• Strong willingness to learn & upgrade to latest Social Media & Marketing skills & Ideas
• Passion for e-Commerce & ways to grow it
• Passion for Digital Marketing
• Excellent Communication Skills
• The ability to plan, organise and prioritise
• Excellent customer focus
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Initiative and a Can-Do Attitude.
• Creative flair and Ability to think outside the box (box or no box)
