We have a Licenced business coaching/consulting role, working with business owners in the SME professional services business market, using a proven system operating in Australia and New Zealand over the past 20 years.

Our consultancy organisation needs ambitious, talented and passionate people throughout Melbourne to capitalise on the growing demand for business advice and support.  In this role you will work closely with owners/managers of professional service businesses, helping them to develop business plans, overcome growth hurdles and achieve higher profits and lifestyle goals.

To be successful in this position you will:

• Have a history of success in your own business or in a senior management role or area management position.

• Have a sound knowledge of marketing, finance and operations management.

• Be used to setting stretch goals and achieving them.
• Have a desire to help others succeed.
• Be a "people" person, able to inspire, persuade and gain confidence.
• Be professional in the way you dress, communicate and organise yourself.
• Be willing to learn and develop your personal and business skills.
• Be able to work in a team environment with a high level of autonomy.
