Aurec Canberra are growing and we are looking to engage a creative Administrator to support our team and customers. Located in Kingston in arguably Canberra’s best commercial office space, you will play a key role in improving business operations and be responsible for all areas of administration. We’re not looking for a paper pusher, to be successful in this position you will have an interest in data, marketing, customer service and be keen to grow your commercial experience and help our business grow!

We don’t have any specific requirements when it comes to your professional background!  You might even be a grad, have 2 years professional experience or 10. What we are looking for is the right person to bring a high amount of energy, effort and team commitment to the role.

Duties and responsibilities: 
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  • Work pro-actively and be committed to problem solving and meeting deadlines to support the team
  • Be adaptable and embrace all things administration
  • Generate data using CRM and other resources
  • Administer job board activity including posting regular updates on social media
  • Deliver welcome packs and organize meetings for Account Directors
  • Manage Canberra CRM, data, milestones, trigger points
  • Liaise with marketing team
  • Undertake all reference checks
  • Manage assigned inboxes
  • Format all documents in preparation to send to clients
  • Provide customer service via phone  
  • Use Microsoft office for ongoing daily tasks, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Screening and talent searching candidates for consultants
  • Reporting on existing sales procedures in order to achieve compliance
  • Completing all tasks as required by the General Manager
  • Organise and manage events and team social calendar
  • First point of contact for organization of all IT changes and releases
