As an Accommodation Coordinator you will be responsible for the effective and efficient administrative support and management of the patient accommodation facilities in throughout NSW/ACT. This includes the administration of PATS, patient liaison, booking, oversight of the maintenance of the facility and general promotion of the services of the Leukaemia Foundation.
In addition this role provides administrative support to the People Living with Blood Cancer segment area.
The role involves providing a warm and welcoming environment for the people we provide services to. The role will provide a person centred approach to orientating residents to our accommodation apartments. The successful person will be proactive when dealing with unique requests and be engaging with our stakeholders. Delivering a great stakeholder experience is important to us at the Leukaemia Foundation.

Selection Criteria
Essential Requirements
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload
High level communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working in a team environment
Previous office experience and computer and database literacy
A current clean driver's licence and own car is essential to undertake business travel
Flexibility and mobility to undertake business travel as required to fulfil the requirements of this position
Highly desirable
Ability to be a credible ambassador in representing the Foundation, with a professional and personable attitude and a positive, engaging and resilient approach
Effective planning, prioritisation and delivery skills to ensure service outcomes are achieved through self and others
Self-motivated, can demonstrate initiative, create new ideas and improvement focus
Previous experience working in a changing environment
