A leader within the industry, this well-established Hardware broker represents long standing blue chip clients at both National & Corporate level. This is an opportunity to join a long-running successful business that is venturing into new territories.
We are currently seeking a confident and energetic Administrator with experience running a remote team in the field. You will possess first-class organisational and planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a variety of activities within a demanding environment.
This role will also assist the National Sales and National Account Managers with various tasks, including staff training, in-store inductions, merchandising support, run lists and other ad-hoc duties as required.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- First point of contact and monitoring of training needs
- Managing field team hours worked against budget and preparing reports for payroll
- Managing field team activities, assisting with relays, re-fits, new store openings etc.
- Preparing various monthly KPI reports
- Assisting the HR Manager to maintain company policies and procedures
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Administration in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to use initiative, be proactive and willing to learn new skills
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Aptitude to follow directions from Line Manager
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including MS Office
- The capability to take ownership of tasks from beginning to completion
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously
- A confident and cheerful persona, smart presentation and a strong and reliable work ethic
- Management of in-house database system
- Pronto experience, highly regarded, but not essential
You will require a 'can-do attitude', and be extremely organised and able to prioritise as your day will be varied and busy with a multitude of tasks. Ideally you have experience and are looking to further develop your skills, particularly in the areas of Administration and Field Team Management.
