The Role;
The role is for a strong EA or PA to enter the business and be trained into a Contracts Manager position.
This position manages all the the administration for the projects team.
The roles and responsibilities include;
- Amending contracts with project manager
- Ensuring all functions are within company standards
- Assisting in procurement of materials
- Liaising with clients
- Document control
- Administration of variations and RFIs
- Expenditure reporting
The Requirements;
- Attention to detail and good work ethic
- Accountability
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong commercial acumen
- Contracts management knowledge and experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in a similar role
