We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at our Berrimah, Darwin office.
The role of Fleet Data and Administration Officer manages the company's In Vehicle Monitoring System (MT DATA) and provides administrative support to the Fleet Maintenance department and Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Real Time support and diagnostic trouble shooting to drivers in the field
- Provide system training and support to new drivers and operational staff
- Coordinate new installs and upgrades of equipment
- Promote system use and compliance with all staff
- Provide support to fleet operations and management
- Follow up on warranty issues in conjunction with National Fleet Manager and Workshop Supervisors
- Assist with registration renewals and with 12 monthly NHVAS, WAHV, Trucksafe Audits
- Follow up service or repairs invoice queries as directed
- Manage up keeping of electronic CMS Maintenance system
- Other responsibilities as directed
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience in fleet telematics systems
- Knowledge of the transport industry and previous experience within a workshop environment (desirable)
- Demonstrated data entry experience
- Strong MS Excel knowledge and other database programs
- Well-developed communication skills and proven problem solving ability
