About the role

To provide a superior level of management, secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, and the CRB division and teams producing high quality work – first time, every time.

This is your opportunity to actively contribute and support the GM in every aspect of the role giving you a large degree of variety and exciting challenge. It is your highly organised approach, your strong focus on pro-active teamwork, your desire to be "one step ahead", and your ability to prioritise having regard to urgency that will set you apart.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Extensive diary management including booking meetings, managing conflicts and providing/following up on all required paperwork prior to both internal and external meetings;
  • Management of calls and referring/handling as appropriate;
  • Providing high level administrative support and assistance, including the preparation of email correspondence and documentation as required;
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and confidential manner;
  • Assisting the General Manager with finance administrative tasks including managing and processing expense reimbursements and American Express monthly statements;
  • Compilation of information and creation of PowerPoint presentations; and
  • Organising of domestic and overseas travel as required;
  • Organising internal and external functions

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience working in a Corporate Executive Assistant role 
  • Commitment to the role, and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent proof-reading abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organised with excellent ability to schedule priorities and capacity to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively
  • Calm, professional manner, even under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of interpersonal and work styles, showing respect for other perspectives even when different from one's own
  • Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Email skills and intermediate Excel are preferred
  • Very high level of understanding of confidentiality both for General Manager's role, and for clients.
