The Role.
This is a full time Reception/ Admin and Paraplanning role in a Financial Planning firm.
You will be managing our client’s needs. When they call, you will answer, help and respond to their queries.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our back office processes
A knowledge of XPLAN would help but is not essential.
Salary will be by negotiation based on your experience and qualifications

About You.
You are organised and efficient, you love getting things done right and figuring out better systems keeps you up at night.
What drives you even more than efficiency is making sure things get finished, even and especially when you are not the one responsible for completion.
You have no problems with the fact your friends make jokes about you because you correct their grammar and spelling.
You have no qualms about and need no permission to, Nag your boss or colleagues (in pursuit of efficiency), Suggest new systems or process for things, or Play devil’s advocate openly when you feel it is needed.
You have no problems working with a visionary leader; who wants to do too much at once and who seems disorganised to you. In fact, while you may pretend to be frustrated at times, you also recognise the opportunity to challenge you need to organise and make things happen and it will be your pleasure to help turn vision into reality.
Whether you are experienced in our field is secondary for someone like you, because the kind of person you are means you are going to figure things out quickly.
You love technology and new systems.
You will have excellent conversational and written English. Our clients will be on the phone and emailing you regularly.
