PROGRAM MANAGER
Northern Territory Regional Training Hub
Flinders NT seeks an experienced, motivated person to take on the role of Program Manager for the Flinders NT Regional Training Hub (FNT RTH). The position will be responsible for managing the administrative operations and delivery of the RTH Program and associated activities, including the day-to-day management of business, projects and partnerships.
Regional Training Hubs have been created to address medical workforce maldistribution through strengthening the & 'rural medical training pipeline'. Working with key stakeholders to support & develop the coordination of rural training opportunities for doctors at all stages of their medical training, building regional to remote training capacity through providing support for local medical practitioners to become supervisors and assist health services to accredit new training posts.

* Location: Flinders NT, Darwin
* Available full-time on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave from 20/8/2018-
24/05/2019. If preferred, part time hours considered
* Salary (HEO7): $81,878 - $90,855 pa
* Plus 9.5% employer superannuation
