Wow Recruitment are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator to join a growing electrical company in Gladesville. 

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will manage inventory through the use of a computerized database system.  Your primary objective will be to maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply.
  
The Role: 

• Collate parts and materials required for pending jobs
• Order parts and materials as required
• Receiving parts and entering them into the inventory system
• Check Prices and quantities against supplier invoices
• Set and enter pricing as per documented mark ups
• Put away stock in designated BINS and keep the warehouse clean and tidy
• Coordinate regular inventory audits
• Liaise with Suppliers and internal teams
• Receive and process supplier invoices as required
• Check pending orders and follow up delayed items and back orders
• Request and chase up Credits waiting on faulty parts or parts returned to suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of Inventory in Warehouse and Technicians Vans
• Restocking daily as required
• Organise Warranty Returns and Consignment stock
• Produce inventory reports as required
• Support the field technicians and service team when required

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Experience in a similar role handling inventory and spare parts 
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Effective communication skills
• Current NSW Driver’s License
• Excellent organisational skills with a logical thought processes
• Good computer skills and basic typing
