Our client is a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of a diverse, high quality range of prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals, complementary medicines and specialty ingredients based in Laverton NorthThey are also heavily involved in new product innovation and introduction.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, innovative and successful ASX listed Company. 

Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, we are seeking an experienced Operational / Documentation Officer. 
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that Quality Assurance functions are done in accordance with the requirement of Code of GMP for Complimentary, OTC and Prescription Therapeutic goods. 
  • To assist the Quality Assurance Manager in maintenance of Quality Assurance systems. 
  • Issuing of specifications and methods to Quality Control Laboratory Department.  
  • Forward specifications and methods to clients for approval.  
  • Supersede current master once documents are updated and approved.  
  • Update and maintain all SOP’s and ensure training for new / updated SOP’s is completed.  
  • Issue and update Quality Document Forms (QD Forms) where necessary.
  • Ensure all superseded/obsolete documents are archived appropriately.  
  • Prepare and update packaging specifications in accordance with the required reference.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in maintaining and developing administrative systems.
  • Professional competency.
  • Knowledge in GMP compliance regulations.
  • Proficient communication and report writing abilities and MS Office programs.
