The Role:
As an Order Services Coordinator your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Data/order entry into the relevant systems
  • Reviewing contracts and orders for compliance
  • Proactively resolving order issues
  • Managing an email order inbox
  • Maintaining strong internal communications with other teams
  • Auditing of orders in Oracle for revenue allocations
  • Preparing customer invoices and resolving invoicing issues
  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm (can offer flexibility)
  • Salary: $60,000 + superannuation + annual bonus
You:
To be considered for this role you must have:
  • 1-2 years experience in a data entry/admin based role
  • An interest and passion for the IT industry
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Can meet deadlines independently and as part of a team
  • Confident, outgoing personality and positive attitude
  • Previous experience with Oracle is desirable but not essential
