Property/investment firm seeking an Executive Assistant to join their CBD-based team as soon as possible.
The successful applicant will be experienced in 1 on 1 support and be fluent in Mandarin Chinese. In return, they will receive an excellent remuneration package and an invaluable opportunity to take the next step in their career with an established (but growing) organisation.
This role will be perfect for someone who has an interest in property and investments and wants the opportunity to learn from an executive in an industry-leading organisation!
Day to Day
- Extensive travel arrangements- domestic and international
- Diary Management
- Meeting/Event coordination
- Ad hoc administration
- Minute taking
- Expense reconciliation
- Assist in transport of internal and external stakeholders, as needed
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in similar support role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Exceptionally organised
- Confidence in dealing with C-Suite executives
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Interest in a career in property/investments highly regarded
