We have an exciting opportunity to join an awesome team in a role that is filled with variety, challenge and will keep you on your toes.  This is a growing business that can provide you with long-term stability where you will feel a truly valued part of the team.

                                            

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Scheduling technicians  to both individual/service roles and projects
  • Liaising with Project Managers, customers and technicians
  • Ordering of parts for both service roles and projects
  • Data entry and use of CRM ensuring accurate details recorded
  • Email correspondence to clients
  • Inputting basic accounts
  • Small amount of Collections
  • Assist with ad hoc administration tasks and provide support to General Manager

  • Experience scheduling technicians or similar highly regarded
  • Outstanding organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure!
  • Strong work ethic and attitude – for this team, attitude is everything!!!
  • Minimum typing speed of 40wpm
  • Word and Excel : intermediate
