Your new company
Work for a market leader in wealth management who are a division of one of the Big4 banks and are known for innovation and having a highly customer centric approach in everything they do.

Based in North Sydney, you’ll be working in a team of 4 On-boarding Analysts part of a larger team of 15 people who sit across the Wealth Business.

Your new role
As an On-boarding Analyst, you’ll be supporting a manager who is responsible for raising on-boarding requests for a variety of staff at different levels, ensuring the business is ready for new joiners and new employees are ready to go from day one. Day-to-day you’ll be:

  • Ensuring all on-boards, extensions and off-boards are achieved within agreed SLAs
  • Using effective spreadsheets to track and prioritise and ever changing workflow of new joiners
  • Updating systems with accurate information to trigger processes, such as hardware, system access, building passes etc.
  • Dealing with resourcing related queries (eg cost management, charging, approvals etc.)
  • Assisting in the management of mandatory training compliance
  • Undertake project, research and analytical work as required.
  • Take ownership for understanding the onboarding function and work proactively to remove process inefficiencies
  • Drive improvement in operational processes including onboarding and offboarding
  • Escalate and take ownership for any onboarding matters as required


What you'll need to succeed

  • You’ll need very high attention to detail & be able to proactively follow things up that have not arrived
  • Be confident with excel - able to run basic sums and able to format data
  • Be able to manage multiple requests at any one time - they could have multiple stakeholders on-boarding simultaneously and at different stages of onboarding.


What you'll get in return

  • $30 per hour + Super - 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility around start and end times
