About the role
The Client Administrator is responsible for liaising with clients from pre-construction through to settlement whilst also supporting the Sales and Construction Managers.
This varied, fast paced, administration role is responsible for document preparation and reporting, coordination and follow through and would be ideal for those with a high attention to detail and a passion for quality client service.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work proactively towards deadlines either in a team or autonomously while providing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
We require a detail oriented individual, with excellent rapport building and problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously. You will have a professional manner with a flexible and delivery focused approach to work and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
This attractive role would would ideally suit someone who has had experience in or has a passion for property development, construction, or contract administration

Skills and experience
- Experience in property development, construction, or contract administration beneficial, though not essential
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organise and show initiative
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail with limited supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to draft formal correspondence
- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong degree of problem solving skills in addition to the provision of sound judgement in decision making
- Excellent computer skills
