Our Specialist Advice and Portfolio Management firm is seeking an experienced and professional team member with a focus on client and portfolio support services.
Suitable candidates will be considered depending on experience, qualifications and skills. We seek individuals with a view for a long-term career, professional commitment and genuine reward.
Our Sunshine Coast based firm is independently owned and provides specialist advice to high net worth Private Clients located nationally and abroad.
Role will include:
- Assisting with workflow management
- Production of client communications
- Client liaison
- Projects
- Assisting in database management (including Xplan and Daylite)
- Administrative tasks and support
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing
- Exceptional communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to engage and complete set tasks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a small team environment
- Professional and personal manner
Typically a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role will be required.
Experience in administration, project management and report construction would also be preferred.
