The purpose

BRP is looking for a person with strong organisational, project management and stakeholder engagement experience to assist the marketing department.
As part of the ANZ Marketing team, you will be responsible to collaborate with key players on our marketing team, ensuring successful coordination of projects.
The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with dealers and communicating with other departments to keep these marketing projects on track.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and support a team of 5.

You will be responsible for co-ordination of meetings, preparation of financial reports, and general administrative assistance.

The Duties
  • General administrative assistance, working closely with your manager to support in all aspects of day to day operations
  • Calling BRP dealers to coordinate marketing projects
  • Diary management
  • Coordination of meetings and events, inc. booking domestic and international travel
The candidate:
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in basic budget tracking / reporting
  • Experience in a high tempo environment
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Databases)
  • Great communication skills and networking abilities
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
