You will work with a small but results focused team who all work closely together to achieve results and meet tight deadlines!
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- To obtain price and availability for existing products from suppliers
- Research various marketing databases for new product sources
- Create and complete quote requests in SalesLogix based leads
- Create new standard product e-Cards and maintain existing standard products e-Cards in SalesLogix database.
- Proactively manage quotes and follow-up with both suppliers and sales team
- Maintain price list updates
- Maintain Supplier and Product Folders
- Provide administrative support to the Director and the sales team as required
Skills and attributes for this role include:
- Highly organised and ability to multi task
- Highly accurate data entry skills
- Able to pick up and adapt to software systems such as CRM system
- Good follow up skills
- Good numeracy and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently but can also take direction
- High attention to detail
