Opportunity/Company
A well-established mechanical contractor who have developed strong and long term relationships with a range of Tier I and Tier II builders are currently looking for the addition of an experienced Administrator in a newly created position.
  
Position
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for tasks such as administration and progress of payments, contract claims and project filing, tender writing & proposals, financial cost reporting and set-up. You will liaise and interact between the on-site and office based teams to support the successful project outcomes and be comfortable working in an on-site environment.

You
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in performing similar duties within the construction, engineering or property sector, either for a contractor or sub-contractor organisation. The group are happy to look at those looking to transition into the mechanical services sector from another industry but ideally will look for someone with a passion for the industry.
