Team Assistant - Office and Hotels Valuations

An opportunity has arisen for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our Valuations Support Team. 

You will provide administrative support to our Victorian Commercial Valuations and Advisory team. In particular you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence and documentation with minimal instruction and a commitment to excellence.  This role is ideally suited to those who thrive off a fast paced environment with strict deadlines and will provide solid grounding in all aspects of valuations. 

You will have excellent communication skills which will allow you to build and maintain strong effective working relationships. A high attention to detail and customer focus will ensure that customer expectations are met. A minimum of 5 years administrative experience is required and previous experience working in either a property, financial or professional services organisation would be advantageous.
