Omni-Care Pty Ltd is a leading provider of essential community based support services to people who are elderly, or who have a disability or serious medical condition. At Omni-Care we value customer service excellence, a solutions focus, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
We are currently looking to expand our care coordination team to keep up with growing demand. This full time position reports to the care coordination team leader and is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive individualised and responsive support through the provision of excellent service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Using your fabulous interpersonal skills to ensure that our clients receive exceptional customer service outcomes.
- Rostering appropriate staff to meet client needs using database software.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to the required standard and key performance indicators are met.
- Complete reports regarding client issues and manage outcomes.
- Problem solving to achieve best possible support outcomes for clients.
- Growing and developing the business.
- Completion of after hours support a maximum of two nights per annum.
Success in this role will require:
- Understanding of, and empathy for, the needs and requirements of our clients.
- Demonstrated superior customer service, communication and administrative skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to best outcomes.
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated team in a busy environment.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities working within tight time frames.
- Experience in scheduling will be well regarded.
- Knowledge of the aged care and/or disability sector preferred but not essential as training provided.
- Able to work from 8.30am - 5.00pm and as required to get the job done.
