REDARC is market leader in the field of Power Electronics with its primary focus on power management, safety, voltage converters and mobile solar solutions for the Recreation & Leisure, Transport, Emergency Vehicles, Defence and Marine markets.

The Receptionist role will be the first face of REDARC for all visitors.      

Duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO, primary duties include:

  • Answer REDARC incoming calls and direct the caller appropriately
  • Receive visitors at Reception and ensure they complete their site registration requirements
  • Receive contractors at Reception and ensure the relevant Induction paperwork / Daily Work Permits are completed
  • Maintain sales customer call database
  • Work in line with company environmental practices
  • Accounts Payable invoicing and Reconciliations
  • Filing of accounts information
  • Issue remittances to companies 
  • Enter repair / warranty dockets into database
  • Provide efficient administrative support as required

Qualifications (desirable)

  • Certificate 4 in Business 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience (Essential)

  • Professional personal presentation at all times
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Intermediate level of MS Office packages
  • Previous experience in a busy Reception / Administration Support role
  • Basic working knowledge of accounting principles and experience in using a computerised accounting package
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
