About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. With a strong focus on customer service, you will be providing a high level of administrative support to our student enrolment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for providing strong support to our Student Operations Team and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This role provides a diverse scope of work which includes student enquiries, enrolment related support, planning & scheduling courses support, student record entries and file note updates as full administration support in our Student Management System.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience working with Job Ready or any student management systems will be highly regarded
  • Experience in an RTO administration role (minimum 2 years desirable)
  • Professional phone presence & presentation
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Certificate III Business Administration/equivalent (desirable)
  • Used to working to KPI’s and deadlines

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven administration skills including high level of data entry accuracy.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Open outgoing nature that quickly develops rapport
  • An ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to also work well in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
