The Opportunity
This is your chance to take a newly created role and shape it to really become your own. Dynamic and innovative in their approach, this South Australian based Structural Engineering practice are looking for a Project Scheduling Coordinator to take the reigns and demonstrate their ability to plan, organise and contribute to the further growth of their business. With a long list of repeat clients, they are incredibly respected within the industry and offer stability with a strong pipeline of projects.
Your New Role
You will be working closely with the Directors and Project Team Leaders, with each day bringing something different but your ability to coordinate and organise never waning. Your duties will include, but not be limited to; maintaining resource schedule / workflow status of all live projects weekly, monitoring new projects and coordinating allocation with PTL's, allocating drafting and design hours, setting deadlines, monitoring progress of projects against predetermined hours, prepare proposals to meet tender deadlines and contribute to the development of the database to streamline all listed activities. Experience in a similar role or exposure to this sector would ensure you're able to hit the ground running.

We are open to reviewing candidates with varying experience and sectors; you may have worked in a similar role, be a drafter looking to progress, have had responsibility and capabilities in resources coordinator or planning experience. Above all, the ability to effectively problem solve complex issues, exceptional communication skills and the ability to self-manage your time and project deliverables is essential. Structural engineering knowledge will be advantageous, as well as an understanding of full project life cycles.
