A no-nonsense Personal Assistant/Administration person is required to join our dynamic team to work under the company’s General Manager based on a 6 month Maternity Leave Contract with the possibility of an extension.
- School hours will be considered or hours of 20 to 35 hours per week.
- Preference of hours must be outlined in your application.
- Must be available to start: 6th August 2018
To be considered for this role you must have a strong PA/Administration background. This role relies on attention to detail and the ability to work out problems quickly and accurately. Preference will be given to candidates that possess experience in the following areas:-
- Personal/Executive Assistant;
- General Administration;
- Co-Ordination;
The below is essential:-
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to anticipate the needs of a very busy GM;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- A committed and positive approach to resolving issues and completing tasks;
- General administration skills;
- Superior time management and organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- High level computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Be punctual and reliable and be flexible with hours of work.
- Social media and online marketing experience is favourable.
