The Opportunity:
Peak Resources Limited is a seeking an all-rounder to manage the day to day administration of their West Perth head office as well as provide a high level of support to its Executive staff members. If you possess additional complimentary skillsets to the core criteria listed below, such as exposure to graphics design or accounting software packages there is potential to expand the role to suit.
Peak is an ASX listed mining company developing its Ngualla Rare Earth Project located in Tanzania. With the commencement of operations just around the corner, it is an exciting time to join our close-knit and enthusiastic team in a role that will give you the opportunity and support to expand and grow with the company as it continues to develop.
About the Role:
- West Perth location with rostered parking
- Negotiable salary subject to experience and qualifications
- 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
- Immediate start
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative support and diary management for Executives
- Co-ordination of meetings and assistance with meeting materials such as board packs, agendas and minutes
- Organising travel arrangements (domestic and international) including maintaining flight records & traveller profiles
- Answering incoming calls and correspondence to the Company
- Greeting Company guests and supplying water/tea/coffee
- Maintaining office amenities- stationery, milk, coffee etc.
- Creating/modifying company templates, legal contracts, client and supplier agreements, letters and other confidential documents
- Reconciliation of petty cash
- Co-ordinate purchasing and monitoring of office equipment (mobile phones, printers etc) and liaising with Property Manager on premises issues
- Organisation of company professional and social events including networking events, conferences and workshops.
- Management of company calendars & contacts
- General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, binding, filing, mailing and booking couriers
- Management of shareholder printing and mail outs
- Processing of expenses- foreign currency travel expenses & credit cards
- Management of staff timesheets & monthly payroll entitlements
- Fire Warden and Safety Officer tasks including induction of new employees
- Management of staff parking roster
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role(s)
- Internet and computer proficiency with excellent Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
- Applies time management and prioritisation of competing demands
- Good organisational skills
- Supportive and considerate
- Consistent and reliable
- A related tertiary qualification would be an advantage- although not essential for this role
